When you send an enquiry we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email, country and the trip details you give us — dates, travellers and preferences. We use it only to prepare your quote and plan your trip.
We never collect passport or ID numbers through this website. If your booking needs them, we collect them through a secure channel after you confirm.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your quote.
- To book flights, hotels and tours you have approved.
- To contact you about your enquiry or booking.
We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. Details needed for a booking (for example, your name for a flight ticket) go only to the airline, hotel or tour provider concerned.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Booking records are kept as required by tax and travel regulations. [retention period to confirm]
