Common questions
What is included in a package?
Each package lists exactly what is covered — accommodation and meals as stated, return flights where included, airport transfers, a professional English-speaking driver-guide, guided tours and bottled water on transfers and tours. If something is not listed, it is not included, and the quote says so.
How do I confirm and pay?
Enquire or message us on WhatsApp and we send a written quote. A deposit confirms the booking; payment details are sent with your quote. The balance is due before travel — we confirm the exact deadline in writing.
Do I need a visa?
Visas and entry rules depend on your nationality and are not included in our packages. Check the official government source for your destination before you book — we can point you to the right page, but we do not give visa advice.
Can I change my dates or hotel?
Usually, yes — before you pay the deposit, changes are free. After booking, airline and hotel change fees apply and depend on the ticket and room rate you hold. Tell us as early as possible and we will give you options.
Why do prices change?
Published prices are 'from' rates. Your final price depends on travel dates, flight seat availability and exchange rates, so the written quote is always the figure that counts. Flight fares are confirmed at booking.
