Quotes and prices
Published prices are “from” rates. Your confirmed price appears on the written quote we send you and depends on travel dates, flight availability and exchange rates. Flight fares are confirmed at booking.
Confirming a booking
A booking is confirmed when we receive your deposit and send a written confirmation. The balance due date is stated on your quote. [deposit % to confirm]
Cancellations and changes
Change and cancellation fees depend on the flights, hotels and services booked — airline tickets and hotel rates each carry their own rules, which we pass on to you. Tell us as early as possible and we will give you your options in writing. [client to supply refund table]
What we arrange, what others control
We arrange flights, accommodation, transfers and guided tours. Airlines control schedules, seats and delays; hotels control rooms and facilities. Where a provider changes something, we work with them to fix it for you and keep you informed.
Visas and documents
Entry requirements depend on your nationality. Visas are not included in our packages and we do not give visa advice — check the official government source for your destination. You are responsible for holding a valid passport and the documents your trip needs.
Travel insurance
